That's the clue, zimbra can't find your server. Do you have a DNS server set-up locally? Have you also setup your /etc/hosts file correctly? Are you using DNS lookups in the Admin GUI?

The domain is registered in no-ip.com
So I do not setup the DNS in local server
I must setup the DNS ??

I already modify the /etc/hosts file
192.168.1.10 zimbra.permanent.serveftp zimbra

Your DNS records are setup incorrectly, in fact your domain name doesn't even show in any DNS records. Go to pingability and try your DNS resolution. You need to set the DNS records correctly.

I have changed the domain to permanent.serveftp.com

I can received email when the "Enable DNS lookups" is disable but I cannot send out email

On the other hand, when I enable the DNS lookups, I can send mail but cannot receive email.

What is the problem? Because of local DNS setting has some problems ?

Do you have a router installed? Are you forwarding port 25 to your zimbra server? If I telnet to your domain name on port 25 I get a connection refused. that's usually caused by firewall/router problem or zimbra isn't running. Also, your MX record should point to the FQDN of the server that zimbra is running on.

The server is located at DMZ so port 25 is not blocked

the mx record is using "permanent.serveftp.com"

After checking, when the server receive email, all the emails are hold in the
"Mail Queue -> Deferred"
