Default [SOLVED] How to do Email Hosting like Yahoo does?

Hi there,

My company wants to do Email hosting like Yahoo does. For example, we want to host email for 50 companies, from company01.com to company50.com. Each company has its own domain name but share the same email server. (not domain alias, though.)

It would be good to provide Web Admin Interface for each company to manage their own users.

Is there any knowledge base or resource that can tell me how to do it?

Thanks in advance!

-Andrew

You will have to do some programming to create signup forms and such (Assuming you want automation).

If you want to pay for the Zimbra Network Edition, you will be able to provide users with the domain admin login page so that they can manage their own mailboxes. If you want to do it with the Open Source Edition, you will need to create your own control panel that communicates with Zimbra via the API to manage accounts/aliases/etc.

There really isn't a "This is how you do it" guide to do that with Zimbra. You will need to be creative and build it yourself.
