Strange asterisk zimlet problem

I'm having a strange problem with the asterisk zimlet. The getConfigTemplate command tells me it's not installed, the listZimlets command (and the web interface) tells me it is.

[zimbra@zs1 tmp]$ zmzimletctl listZimlets
Installed Zimlet files on this host:
        com_zimbra_asterisk
        com_zimbra_asteriskmwi

Installed Zimlets in LDAP:

        com_zimbra_asterisk
        com_zimbra_asteriskmwi

Available Zimlets in COS:
  default:
        com_zimbra_asterisk
        com_zimbra_asteriskmwi

[zimbra@zs1 tmp]$ zmzimletctl getConfigTemplate com_zimbra_asterisk.zip
Error: Zimlet not found: com_zimbra_asterisk.zip

I tried undeploying and redeploying, but still get exactly the same results. Any pointers?

Make sure you are in the right directory when you try to get the config file (you should be in the same dir as the zip file). Try doing:

cd /opt/zimbra/zimlet-extras
then do:
zmzimletctl getConfigTemplate com_zimbra_asterisk.zip > asterisk_zimlet_config
