Default [SOLVED] Upgrade

Hi, I'm trying to upgrade from 5.0.11 to 5.0.23 but when the install.sh script is executed crashes with the following error:

Do you want to verify message store database integrity? [Y]
Verifying integrity of message store databases. This may take a while.
mysqld is alive
/opt/zimbra/mysql/bin/mysqlcheck: Got error: 2013: Lost connection to MySQL server during query when executing 'CHECK TABLE ... CHANGED'
No errors found
command failed

Any idea ?

Thanks.

Shutdown Zimbra and make sure there are no zimbra services running (kill them if there are) then take a backup of the /opt/zimbra directory structure. When you've done that try some of the solutions mentioned here: site:zimbra.com "Lost connection to MySQL server " - Yahoo! Search Results - when you fixed the tables you should take another backup of the /opt/zimbra directory and run the install again.

Thanks phoenix! I'm going to try the procedure.

If I can upgrade to 5.0.23, I can upgrade to 6.0.x with the same procedure ?

Regards.

Yes, that's also correct. Do make sure you read the Release Notes for the version before you do the upgrade.
