Default Document doesn't work....

Hi all,
I installed zcs-4.0.0_RC1_272.RHEL4.tgz on CentOS 4.3.
Start testing.
All seems to work except document.
When I click on "go to documents" the browser hangs for a while and after above 1 minute it displays an error message like this:

"msg - Unknown Error
code - undefined
method - ZmCsfeCommand.invoke
detail - InternalError: too much recursion"

Thanks in advance for any help
Kind regards
Alessio

Document sharing

Not sure if this has been addressed by the Zimbra dev team - could be an upgrade issue.

Have you enabled documents in the Admin UI? If not, can you enable it and try again. I'm using CentOS 4.3 and the Documents feature is working for me.

Default troble with documnet

I all,
thanks for suggestion but,I'm still in troble with document features.
I made a new installation of zimbra 4.0 rc1.
first I remove all rpm zimbra*, delete /opt/zimra and zcs dir.
Then start a new installation.
Create a new user, configure COS, create documents for my domain, set all rights to test user on document.
log in as test user, when Iclick on document same problem ... after about 1 minute of sleep an error box appears:

name - Error
number - -2146828260
description - Spazio dello stack esaurito
message - Spazio dello stack esaurito

I also send the error report.
It looks like a java error...

That's not the recommended method of removing zimbra, you should run './install.sh -u' and it will remove all the zimbra components for you. You should also make sure that you kill any remaining Zimbra processes before attempting the re-install.

How much memory have you got on this system?

Default Document finally works :-)

Thanks to all for help.
The problem was a mistmatch between hostname and A record in DNS.
I find an error in installation log about document creations.
The errors was mine.
Excuse me...
Kind regards
