Test Without MX

I tried to test Zimbra mail on my fedora 4 box but i dont have MX, is it possible to continue my installation.

No, you need a correctly configured /etc/hosts file and a correct DNS records. You can set-up a local DNS server fairly easily.

Well, you'll need to install BIND and make sure it's started. Next, search the forums for a thread titled 'DNS in a nutshell' and follow the instructions in that for setting up the config files. Check the Zimbra Quick start guide for the needed entries in your /etc/hosts file. That should be about it, post again if you have any problems.

You can install zimbra without a MX record. Before the installation make sure you configure the /etc/hosts file. The installation script will complain about not finding a MX record, but you can force to use a domain you prefer. After installation disable 'Enable DNS Lookups' in the admin console under 'global setting' -> 'MTA' tab.

Thanks for the help bro, i already install zimbra mail on my local network, what would be the next step shoukd i do to test if its working?

Create an account, and try to send an email to yourself. If it doesn't work then disable dns lookups.
