Exclamation install error

Hi,

Just to give a little information about my setup quickly. I am trying to install zimbra onto my debain linuz 5 VPS server, the server has plenty of free space 16gb to be exact.

Now for the problem, when i install using SSH i can download the files and extract them then when i go to install zimbra it tells me there was an error and the installation has cancelled, It doesn't give me any information as to why. Below is the exact message that come up.

###ERROR###

zimbra-core_6.0.6_GA_2330.DEBIAN5_i386.deb installation failed

Installation cancelled
Any help would be appreciated.

When you say 'free space' do you mean RAM or HD space? If you mean on your HD then how much RAM does this server have available to it?

HD spavce however i also have just over 160mb free ram

You will need more RAM & HD space than that, check the requirements in the Quick Start Installation Guide.
