Need help installing a Godaddy SSL cert on Zimbra 6.0.6

Bottom line.....i have read this forum and googled for a week now and i have came to the end of the line. I am having a problem installing a goDaddy cert onto a 6.0.6 server running on centos5. I tried installing using the GUI admin console and was receiving a error. So i followed a few different treads on the forum and attempted to install from the CLI. I can not get past the following error messages.

[root@atheathenabroadband certs]# /opt/zimbra/bin/zmcertmgr verifycrt comm /opt/zimbra/ssl/zimbra/commercial/commercial.key ./athenabroadband.net.crt ./commercial_ca.crt
** Verifying ./athenabroadband.net.crt against /opt/zimbra/ssl/zimbra/commercial/commercial.key
XXXXX ERROR: Unmatching certificate (./athenabroadband.net.crt) and private key (/opt/zimbra/ssl/zimbra/commercial/commercial.key) pair.

I have tried and read about ever thread on this forum regarding ssl installs and errors. Can some please tell me were to at least start in troubleshooting this.
