It's a requirement that you use the FQDN of the server not the domain name and in the format I mentioned earlier.

i finaly discovered what was the underline problem!
not able to bind to ::* in VPS !

some apps are connectiong to localhost, some to ext IP, some to int IP!

is there any wiki on where to change all settings in zimbra to connect on EXT IP?
