Installing using Zimbra VM appliance

Hi,

I have just successfully installed Zimbra using the vMWare appliance and all seemed to work fine. However I had to change my host name and DNS servers so I did this (Using the 'Configure Network' option - also tried editing the ubuntu files directly) and this seemed to work.

However, all the settings revert back after a reboot, as if a script on startup changes these settings back. Any ideas?
