i'am a student and i have as a project the installation and configuration of zimbra, ad since i am a beginner in this domain i am asking for your help.
this what i got when i try to install zimbra.

You need to install the missing dependencies eg. Code: apt-get install sysstat

i did that and it stil ask for more dependencies.

E: Dépendances non satisfaites. Essayez «*apt-get -f install*» sans paquet
(ou indiquez une solution).
i hope you understund frensh, else he asks for zimbra apache and zimbra core witch not able to be installed. |

| | | problem with the host name yes i am sure that i have a problem with my host name and domain but i still don't find a solution. i try the reinstall ZCS and that's what i get.

now i have the zimbra installed on my laptop, when i tried to verify that all the services are running i found that the MTa and mailbox are not so i restat all -zmcontrol start- nothing new!!
i assume that because some deamons are not running so i tried to run them too but i got nothig i still can not login the application.
localhost:7071 can not be open.
pleaase i need help i must present this work this friday in class.
i am so grateful for any help ! |
