Upgrading from 5.02 to 6.06 Updated failed, help please

First,

Yes, i know, i suck, i waited far too long to upgrade.

Here is what happened:
this is my Release 5.0.2_GA_1975.RHEL5_20080130221917 CentOS5 FOSS edition version
i try to upgrade zimbra5.0.2 to zimbra6.0.6
