Default [SOLVED] Upgrade to 5.023 or to 6.0.6

Hello.

I have some doubts about the version 5 and 6.

Why continue to develop the branch 5 having the 6?

I have an intention to update 5.0.11 to 6.0.6 I do not know whether to make it to the 5.0.23 or 6.0.6

Can someone explain or give me a link about the differences between the 5 and 6?

Thank you very much.

Version 5 is now critical/security fixes only, and becomes EOL when 7 is released.

There are lots of differences:

If you don't jump to version 6 right away that's understandable, many have lots to test and vet in their own infrastructures, however you should take a backup and update to at least 5.0.23.
