Default [SOLVED] Upgrade 6.0.5 to 6.0.6 seems to hang

Hi. I've tried to upgrade from 6.0.5 to 6.0.6 in-place.
Everything went fine up to "Upgrading from 6.0.5_GA_2213 to 6.0.6_GA_2324" stage. Then upgrade script seems to stuck at "Starting mysql..."
I have the following in the log file:
Quote:
Sat Apr 10 21:48:39 2010 *** Running as zimbra user: /opt/zimbra/bin/mysql.server start
Starting mysqld...done.
Sat Apr 10 21:48:50 2010 *** Running as zimbra user: /opt/zimbra/bin/mysql.server start
Starting mysqld...done.
Sat Apr 10 21:49:01 2010 *** Running as zimbra user: /opt/zimbra/bin/mysql.server start
Starting mysqld...done.
Sat Apr 10 21:49:12 2010 *** Running as zimbra user: /opt/zimbra/bin/mysql.server start
Starting mysqld...done.
Sat Apr 10 21:49:23 2010 *** Running as zimbra user: /opt/zimbra/bin/mysql.server start
etc. indefinitely.

Could someone help me to investigate and fix the problem?
Thanks in advance.

OK, I have some light here. /opt/zimbra/db is a symlink to other location in my setup. It seems that upgrade script deletes my link, then recreates /opt/zimbra/db folder and puts some generic contents there. Is there a way to prevent it?

Solved a problem by removing my symlink and moving /opt/zimbra/db contents back there... Thanks God I had enough free space in /opt.

thank you, I had the same problem!
I removed the symlink and created a mount with --bind option. Install could continue
