Default OTP unavailable because can't read/write key database /etc/opiekeys:Permission denied

Hi,

I'm installing Zimbra 6.0.5 on SLES 11 64 bit and working sucessfully until now, but I'm curious regarding the above message (as on tittle) on /var/log/zimbra.log.

What is the main problem that produce following message :
Quote:
OTP unavailable because can't read/write key database /etc/opiekeys: Permission denied
Note : Zimbra has no problem on production both sending and receiving email.

Perhaps it would be a good place to start if you gave us some idea of your operating system and updated your forum profile with the output of the following command (do not post the output in this thread):
Code:
zmcontrol -v

You do actually have it on your server, search for it and see what the permissions are.
