SASL authentication failure: no secret in database

Hey guys,

I have a problem with smtp authorization I can connect to server with Thunderbird over 25 port with TLS/SSL and it supports smtp auth but I can't login it asks about password again and again.
In /var/log/mail appears:

I've looked througt emails related to it on this forum but I can't solve it.
I followed Outgoing SMTP Authentication - Zimbra :: Wiki but it didn't help me.
