Default Unable to send mail to the outside

If DNS lookup is enable I am unable to send or receive anything. If DNS lookup is disable - I can receive mail but I can sent to only the local domain.

It sounds like your DNS forwarding is not configured, or not properly at any rate. You need to tell your server that any request it is not authoritative for, it should forward to another server and await a response.
