You have a choice here to get this working correctly. 1) Ensure that the IP address of your Zimbra server matches what it is resolved to externally 2) If you wish to assign a private IP address, within a DMZ, then you will need to set up a Split DNS - Zimbra :: Wiki architecture for which the ZCS server will resolve the internal address.
