I would have thought it was obvious that it's not installed correctly with the following two entries in your post:

mailbox Stopped
zmmailboxdctl is not running.
There are many threads in the forums that cover this type of problem, you should first look at the
log files (including the installation log file) and see what errors there are and you can also search teh forums for similar errors and try some of the fixes.
