Default HTTP Header issue with attachments?

We have an issue with certain attachments not displaying via the webgui when published via a Microsoft ISA 2006 server. They work find when connected directly to the server. The ISA error is "The HTTP message includes an unsupported header or an unsupported combination of headers." I have done a packet capture from the server directly and it looks like there is an extra dot before name="cilipssinglestatusguide06.pdf" which I don't think should be there and it gets put onto the next line. Has anybody seen this issue before?

We are running version: Release 5.0.12_GA_2789.UBUNTU8 UBUNTU8 FOSS edition

Thanks
