Default can't see zimbra account with getent passwd and getent group

After installing zimbra on Centos,I configured LDAP+SAMBA,and I configured my smb.conf and ldap.conf file. After creating a new account or a new posix group on Zimbra Admin,I couldn't see this account on terminal after writing getent passwd or getent group.

In addition to this,I couldn't connect to samba with my new account when writing this command smbclient -U test //newyork.gata.com/test

pls help
