Upgrade from 5.0.2 to 6.0.5 -- failed with code 256

Debian 2.6.18-5-686 i686 GNU/Linux


I am trying to upgrade zimbra from 5.0.2 to 6.0.5 with no luck.
Here is the log output.

Has anyone come across this or knows what is causing the error?

Apparently the upgrade script is trying to add a column which already exists to a table in mysql.

Mon Mar  1 19:43:03 2010: Adding flags column to mboxgroup1.imap_message.
ERROR 1060 (42S21) at line 1: Duplicate column name 'flags'

Try upgrading to 5.0.22 before upgrading to 6.0.5, that's the recommended route.
