Installation Error

My friend recently downloaded Zimbra. According to my friend he was installing it with no issue, but in half way of installation process it keep saying there is an error and can't able to install completely. Wondering does anyone else have the same problem and how to fix this.?

You've installed Zimbra what? There are two products, Zimbra Collaboration Suite and Zimbra Desktop - which one are you trying to install? It would also help if you actuall gave the error you're seeing and which operating system you're using.
