Install problem on CentOS5

[OMTech]

This is my first attempt at installing, I have found most of my problems but now I am stumped. Here are the errors I am getting in the install log, any ideas where I should head on this? Thanks

Is this running on a real machine or a VM? Whichever it is, how much RAM does it have?
