Default Downgrade from Professional to Open Source

Does anyone have experience or know the process for downgrading from Professional to Open Source? I know that we'll lose BlackBerry support, iSync support, Mobile Support, and archiving and discovery, but we're migrating to Google Apps for your domain and need to keep our Zimbra running until we can complete the transition.

Thanks.

Stop Zimbra, take a backup of your /opt/zimbra directory then run the installer to 'upgrade' to the open source edition. Obviously it has to be the same release level.

Thanks. I'm running 5.0.15 (with the security patch). Unfortunately there isn't an open source edition that I could find in the archives with that version. Do you forsee any significant problems going to 5.0.20 open source?

I'd advise against upgrading versions like that. What I'd suggest is run an in-place upgrade to NE 5.0.20 and make sure it's working OK then upgrade to the same release of the OSS version. Don't forget to run the NE backup before doing the upgrades and the /opt/zimbra backup before the OSS upgrade.
