Quick question on adding domains

I've added a couple domains. Now, if I forward all mail traffic to my new zimbra server, mail from different domains will go to the users on those different domains?

Yes, if it's been configured correctly. You can see the incoming traffic in the postfix log at /varr/log/zimbra.log
