Default Problem with mailboxd service

Hi to all this is my first post,

First I some background:

I had installed for several months the Zimbra 6.0.2 NE, and today I upgraded it to the Zimbra 6.0.4, but had a big problem when I tried to start the services, using zmcontrol start at this point all the process started well, but when I did a zmcontrol status, the mailbox was stopped.

I started to see the /var/log/zimbra.log and saw this: zmmtaconfig: Key lookup failed.

and this:
"
zmmtaconfig: Skipping getAllReverseProxyURLs ERROR: service.FAILURE (system failure: ZimbraLdapContext)
"
At this point I'm upgrading it again, I'm quite desperate at this time, I test de "zmprov" command ant it shows an LdapContext error.

At this point I have no Idea on what to do!.

Any help will be extremely appreciate.

Ok, after upgrading it again it shows the same problem:
Code:
Host mail.summan.com
        antispam Running
        antivirus Running
        archiving Running
        convertd Running
        ldap Running
        logger Running
        mailbox Stopped
                zmmtaconfig is running.
                mailboxd is not running.
                zmmailboxdctl is not running
        mta Running
        snmp Running
        spell Running
        stats Running
[zimbra@mail ~]$
In the next code, having all the zimbra process down, and only attempting to start up mailbox, this is what it shows up.

Code:

For this problem I cannot install a Zimbra from scratch, all our company emails are stored in this server, I have been looking every were, and no solution.
the MTA service goes up without a problem, and LDAP service also goes up, the MAILBOX service takes to long to go up.

Hi,

I had the same problem today after upgrading from 6.0.1 to 6.0.4. I was using a commercial cert that had expired. After the upgrade I had the same problems as you describe.

I found another user on the forums with the same problem back in October.

[SOLVED] zmmailboxd not running

I decided to create a self-signed cert for now and replace that commercial cert later:

Recreating a Self-Signed SSL Certificate - Zimbra :: Wiki

This solved the problem.
