Unhappy Just installed, admin webapp isn't working

I just installed the Zimbra network trial on a ppc mac. Installation went fine. I can log into the web client with the admin account. The problem is that when I go to the Zimbra Admin Firefox asks me if I want to download a binary file. I get a similar result when trying to connect with PC using IE6

Its almost like the admin web server or app server didn't get configured properly, but I don't see many errors... this is one:

ERROR: account.NO_SUCH_SERVER (no such server: mailtest.local)

Any ideas?
