[SOLVED] LDAP Search Base Question
Hi all
I have a GAL across 6 different domains, on two LDAP servers. I have set up "zmprov mcf zimbraGalInternalSearchBase ROOT" and in the zimbra client a user in one domain can see a user in another. Now I am trying to set up an iMap client to do the same thing: search for address from the GAL, and I am having some problems.
My question is, what is the right search-base to type in, if I have several domains with completely different names. How do I refer my mail client to the top level of all domains?
Thank you very much!

I can actually connect to the server as my Zimbra log says something like "invalid dn" every time I try and connect, or, if I leave my search field blank I get a message that says that no matches can be found on the server ( on the client side).
Thanks!
I'm having the same issue under SeaMonkey. My base DN is as follows:
ou=people,dc=domain,dc=com
I don't get an error, but I don't get any results either.
