Hi

I changed my bind DN as you said, but I am still getting the same problem. Either I cannot find anything (with a blank dn) or cannot bind at all (with a dn as above).

Okay,

I've got it working under 6.03. My entries under SeaMonkey are:

Name: Test
Hostname: 10.0.0.12
Base DN: ou=people,dc=domain,dc=com
Bind DN: uid=d_lytle,ou=people,dc=domain,dc=com

Hope that helps,

Doug

THANKS!! That put me on the right track! My client requested an Account ID and a password, so, according to your suggestion I entered "uid=d_lytle,ou=people,dc=domain,dc=com" and left the search base field blank, which logged in to the server succesfully and gave me the entire GAL.
Thank you very much for your help.
