Translation lost after upgrading to 6.0.3

Hi all

After upgrading form 6.0.2 to 6.0.3, the whole Norwegian translation was lost. Trying to reinstall it seems not to work, that is, I can choose Norwegian as the language, but I only get the English text. Below's from the Makefile.

Has anyone seen this? I can't beleive the installer should have replaced files not there in the first place, and at least not inhibit me from using my own translation
