Default [SOLVED] 5.0.16 to 6.0.2 Error: ...may impact system functionality

I just [somewhat successfully] upgraded from 5.0.16 to 6.02 - on my x64 centos 5.3, and the system seems to be running, but the last screen of the upgrade says:

Installing common zimlets...
com_zimbra_bulkprovision...done.
com_zimbra_phone...failed. This may impact system functionality.
com_zimbra_adminversioncheck...done.
com_zimbra_url...failed. This may impact system functionality.
com_zimbra_cert_manager...done.
com_zimbra_email...failed. This may impact system functionality.
com_zimbra_local...failed. This may impact system functionality.
com_zimbra_ymemoticons...done.
com_zimbra_date...done.

It is a production system, and fortunately the clients seem to be working. The only thing I found on google was a suggestion to double-check rights... which didn't seem to be a problem.

Should I be worried?!

Default TLS is broken

I have only found (so far) one problem which may or may not be related to the above error I received when I upgraded last night; - My TLS (STARTTLS) doesn't work....

Fortunately, thanks to some kind posters, I found this solution which WORKED!

TLS not being offered on SMTP after upgrade from 5.0.18 to 6.0.0

Other than that, things are good so far...

PS It is possible that I received the error because my dns server (just found it) was not reverse-looking up with the correct hostname...

Think I found the problem = host file.

Catch 22 ==
1.when I installed this server (5.0.18) it told me to edit hosts file and remove everything except 127.0.0.1 - localhost.localdomain locahost
I did this, then the install script completed and zimbra 5 ran.
2.When I upgraded (directly from 5.18 to 6.02) it gave me the errors shown in my first post above.
3.When I upgraded from 6.02 to 6.03, it upgraded ok but gave same errors again.
4. Last night, trying to get zimbra+samba to run (from how-to) the Extensions wouldn't install - gave host error
5. I eventually tried re-running the 6.03 install script, and got a message which said the 6.03 script won't run until I add "ip addr + fqdn +dn to your hosts file"
6. once I did that, (didn't re-run 6.03 script) and the extensions installed just fine!

Some sort of different requirements between zim 5 and zim 6 - zim5 wants a "bare" hosts, and zim6 wants it "normal"!?

Problem Resolution - On zcs6 - MAKE SURE YOUR HOSTS file is:
127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost
1.2.3.4 yourhost.yourdomain yourhost

No, the requirement has always been the same. It's covered in the Quick Start Installation Guide and mentioned in the forums once or twice.

That's always been the required format.
