Default [SOLVED] Services start failed after installation

Hi all.

So, our company uses google apps for mails like blabla@companyname.ru
I was requested to test-install zimbra on a domain mail.companyname.ru
I downloaded and unpacked the install set, and started the install script (looks like I filled all the recommendations mentioned in "prereq" section, but since I'm here, I'm not sure). Installation seems to went fine, but when it comes to starting the services, everything fails.
Code:
zimbra@mail:/home/cra$ zmcontrol start
Host mail.companyname.ru
Unable to determine enabled services from ldap.
Unable to determine enabled services. Cache is out of date or doesn't exist.
The googled information gave me idea that it may be due to DNS misconfiguration. Should I have any MX record on companyname.ru point to mail.companyname.ru? Right now there are only google apps mx-ses.

Thanks in advance.

If you are on a LAN behind a NAT router (or firewall) then you'll need a Splt DNS set-up.
