Default I can send mail, but I can't receive emails

I think I have most of it setup correctly, because I can send emails out and they reach their destination, but when I they try to reply ,nothing ever reaches the server..

I am checking my mx records to be sure that my ip is the priority..

anything else I need to check?

You'll want to double-check that the MX records point to an A record that points to your IP. Also, check that you can telnet to your server on port 25 from whatever mail server you are trying to send from (or just from the public internet if you're sending from a mail server you don't control).
