Hi Everyone.
Is that enough to make a full Zimbra system backup - including emails - make a copy of /opt/zimbra directory?
I know I have to shutdown the service.
My big concern is if that procedure will contemplate database data (MySQL, LDAP, etc) and user's email.
I've seen a lot of script in the Internet, but that seems only for the zimbra application.
Could someone indicates me a good one?

* best backup is which you can restore...so when you choose a method please make sure you know its works and it restores you 100%
Yes..taking a COLD BACKUP of everything (given the fact you do it right) in /opt/zimbra folder will give you 100% good backup
