Default Can not deliver messages to big guys

Hi!

I am totally new to Zimbra....

I have installed it, and everything works great, except that messages are bounced from some accounts (Gmail, hotmail, etc).

The error log shows:

"Oct 31 23:54:39 rocky postfix/smtp[16058]: C4B76F84E1: to=, relay=mx1.hotmail.com[65.54.188.72]:25, delay=1, delays=0.07/0.01/0.74/0.18, dsn=5.0.0, status=bounced (host mx1.hotmail.com[65.54.188.72] said: 550 DY-001 Mail rejected by Windows Live Hotmail for policy reasons. Is there a fix around this ?

I know I could pay for an static IP, but if I do so, will it resolved my problem ? Alternatives ?

Thanks for your help !

The problem is you're on a dynamic IP address as stated in the error message, yoy can either get a fixed IP or relay through your ISPs mail server: Outgoing SMTP Authentication - Zimbra :: Wiki
