Why i don't have zmmsgtrace on zimbra network 6.0.2? anyone knows? i really need it

zmmsgtrace was removed in 6.0.x as was stated in the release notes

There are a couple of bugs about bringing similar functionality back:
Bug 16241 – message tracing surfaced in the admin console
Bug 41078 – zmmsgtrace replacement

Thats a hugh problem for us because we have now to wait to have that functionality back should and it depends on votes, i remember that i have to wait one year for read recipt on web mail, too bad for zimbra it really make me hard to sell this to my administrators :S

From what I understand zmmsgtrace depended on a lot of the backend of the 5.0.x logger service. This was completely rewritten in 6.0.x making it no longer possible for this tool to work.

And yes it is quite unfortunate as that was a useful tool
