You need to add the IP and hostname of the server, just like the message says.

thank you for your reply, but what should the line be?

I have tried add the line below
Code:
127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost
61.xxx.xxx.xxx tungscomputer.com
OR
Code:
127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost
192.168.20.1 tungscomputer.com
It seems not working too

You should add the FQDN of your server:

Code:
192.168.20.1 zimbra.tungscomputer.com
btw, next time search the forums first before posting, i bet there's a thousand posts exactly like this

The problem is likely to be a DNS problem and/or an incorrectly configured hosts file. Please post some diagnostic information (search the forums for what's needed) in this thread.

Thanks Bill, but I see that when the system "Initializing ldap" occur an error,
is there any configuration about the ldap server?

You're giving no information about these problems, have a look in the log files and you should still post the information I asked for in my last post.
