Instant Message Logging not working after 5.5->6.01 Upgrade

Hi,
So I've upgraded from 5.5 to 6.01 and we all use the instant message feature, and most connect with pidgen. Before the upgrade, all conversations, either in webmail, or in pidgen, would be logged into the "Chats" folder, however, now for that to happen the message has to be sent from webmail, logging from pidgen no longer works.

So, is there anyway to get this working again? I've looked at the options in the admin console and couldn't find anything.
