i am in a initial investigation phase about zimbra and i watn to know what server number (and roles) are neccesary for a deployment for 20.000 users?

we want High Availability with clustering,....

For that configuration you will need the Newtrok Edition of Zimbra and RHCS, I'd suggest you contact sales@zimbra.com to help you specify the requirements for your system.
