[SOLVED] Error 404 URL Not Found

If I go to: "http://host.domain.com/" it doesn't show the LoginBanner.png, and there are no icons on the advance sesion after login. There is no problem with standard sesion.

When I login, the URL shows: "http://host.domain.com/#1"

When I go to: "http://host.domain.com/zimbra" I get the "The requested URL was not found on this server." error.

I checked my conf with with zmprov: "zimbraMailURL: /zimbra"

I'm running: "Release 6.0.1_GA_1816.SuSEES10_20090911162123 SuSEES10 NETWORK edition."

Any other variable I should check ?

Hi uxbod, thanks for the reply.

Well, I have just checked all logs, and haven't found any error.

I focused on:

/tmp/install.log
/tmp/zmsetup.log

/opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log
/opt/zimbra/log/audit.log
/opt/zimbra/jetty/logs/access_log
/var/log/zimbra.log
/var/log/messages

There are no errors at all. No idea what the problem is..

It helped, but didn't fix it:

Upgrade issues - zimbraMailUrl

When I restart mailboxd, there is the problem again.

I'm editing /opt/zimbra/mailboxd/etc/jetty.xml.in and zimbraMailURL is set to /zimbra, but anyway when restart services, the login banner is missing, as tab icons and folder images.

Running: Release 6.0.1_GA_1816.SuSEES10_20090911162123 SuSEES10 NETWORK edition.

I already posted a support ticket, but the team hasn't been able to solve this issue in about a month.

You have to make sure the TWO values are set correctly:

$ zmprov gacf | grep zimbraMailURL
zimbraMailURL: /zimbra

$ zmprov gs `zmhostname` | grep zimbraMailURL
zimbraMailURL: /zimbra
