Default Bulkprovisioning limited to 41 users

Hi All

I am setting up a new ZCS 6.0 Network edition server. I have a list of about 300 users in a CSV file. When I go to import via the Bulk Provision option in the Admin interface I get the following error:

Message: too many accounts: the maximum accounts you can bulk provisioning is 41 Error code: bulkprovision.BP_TOO_MANY_ACCOUNTS Method: GetBulkProvisionAccountsRequest Details:soap:Sender

According to the documentation this is supposed to be 500.

Any one else come across this?

Thanks
Simon

I just did a bulk provision of over 150 users on the Open Source edition and it worked well for me. Just that if you have the same accounts, it won't duplicate accounts until you remove the duplicates before it can proceed. You might want to check and make sure you don't have two of the same accounts.

I have sorted and cleaned my CSV file, removing all duplicates. Now when I run bulk import I get:

Message: too many accounts: the maximum accounts you can bulk provisioning is 49 Error code: bulkprovision.BP_TOO_MANY_ACCOUNTS Method: GetBulkProvisionAccountsRequest Details:soap:Sender

So by removing duplicate entries I have earned myself an extra 8 users. I have 313 users to import.

Any other ideas?

Thanks
Simon

Are you sure of importing the right users to the right domain. Example, you should have users like this
user1@domain.com, password
user2@domain.com, password2
etc.
It will only import users with a domain extension.

Try that...

Yup, I have my domain included. If I import less that 49 users it works. so i can split the file into 6 and do that but I would like to solve this correctly.
