Default [SOLVED] How to Update

This may seem like a silly question, but I've just spent 30 min cruising the website/forums without finding the answer.

I started using zimbra with open source 6.0 RC1. How do I upgrade/update to the latest version. Is it as simple as downloading the latest version, running the installer and it will do the upgrade for me, or are there other things I need to do?

Thanks.

Default right!

As you said: exactly download the latest version, extract and run it.

It will find an old version and ask you if you want to proceed with an upgrade or a fresh install.

As uxbox said: a good backup is a proper choice!
But also do not forget to read docs together with the new release as often you have to zmdosomething by hand to provide all the new functionalities.
