Unhappy upgraded from 5.0.18 to 6.0.1 ... can't log in!

I upgraded to 6.0.1 from 5.0.18 (FOSS) today and now I cannot log in with any account, nor can I log in as admin...

'zmcontrol status' shows all services running. I did have to regenerate my self-signed certs to get zmmailboxdctl to run but all seems operational - just no way to log in...

'zmprov gaaa' comes back empty and trying to list accounts only shows the ham&spam accounts.

It looks as if the ldap data is just not there... I do have a pre-update backup of the ldap data. Is it possible to import that somehow?

As I understand it there are three critical components to my data: the store folder (email), the mysql db (maps emails on disk to users/folders?), and the ldap data (account and config info)... If I have to rebuild this from scratch what steps do I need to take to make sure 10 years worth of email is not lost??

Any help greatly appreciated!

Default

I would restore to you backup,if you haven't already.

Then try the upgrade again, and watch your logs.
This is usually caused by a failed upgrade, and the admin then tries to rerun the installer.
Good luck
