Problem adding new message store

Hi
we have recently add a new message store to our zimbra email system, witch had 2 other ms. We install the following packages: zimbra-store, zimbra-snmp, zimbra-ldap, zimbra-apache and zimbra-spell

After the install, we configured it copying the configuration of the other ms. We can create accounts but there're nothing on the /opt/zimbra/store of this new ms.

Can someone tell us what are we forgetting?

You need to check if zimbraMailHost is set to that new ms for the new accounts you add. Secondly just creation of accounts wont create mailbox for the user as user must login or mail must arrive for mailbox to be created for that user.
