Default Where location is storing the admin data

I built another machine with Zimbra installation for production backup.

The store & mysql database can be rsync each other. But when I add or change something on the prodcution server from admin console, nothing change on backup server. So I guest the admin console's content not included in mysql database.

Where is storing. If I can copy one folder can rsync both servers?
