Default Zimbra+Samba

Following the walkthrough for zimbra and samba integration to create AD and Exchange i am stuck with testing pam, i have created a group called Domain Admins in posix on Zimbra, and ran the command (getent group), i cannot see my newly created group in there, what are some diagnostics i could do to find out why?, i followed the instructions on step 4 exactly

thanks for your time
