ya i got the solution for this problem. i found that my httpd is running, i stoped it and now it is installing properly.

As you can see from that list Apache is running, you should try running

service apache status

or perhaps

service httpd status

Then run the service command again with the 'stop' option instead of status. You should be able to run the zimbra installer after that, you'll also need to stop the httpd service from starting at boot time.
