Default Installation Question - Zimbra and Other Applications

I read in the Zimbra Installation Quick Start that you cannot havy any other web server, database, LDAP or MTA server you install Zimbra. Is this restriction only during installation? Once Zimbra is installed, can it co-exist with these other applications? Thank you.

Welcome to the forums.

You can have other services running on the ZImbra PC and it will check for port conflicts during install but is strongly recommended to run Zimbra on a dedicated server because of it's resource requirements. Have a search through the forums for some info on port conflicts and Zimbra resource requirements.
