Disign question - 2 location (sites)

Hello! I have two geografical location for my organization. AD DS 2008 is implemented in my organization. One place - 200 employee, second - 80 employee. How can I deploy ZCS NE for my organization? In my opinion, I need two zimbra servers. One reside in first location, other in second location. I want one domain name for both location mycompany.com, for exmaple. How? I do not understand.
Do zimbra have planning and architecture for different size organization like Microsoft Exchange
